I'd hoped the jock strap was at least adjustable, but it isn't. It's just poor quality elastic which doesn't supply any real support when needed. The extension may be usable for some, but we found it larger, and much harder than expected since it was advertised as silicone. However, it seemes to me it's just silicone coated over hard plastic (I'm not stating that as fact, just my opinion.) If you decide on purchasing this product, I'd strongle recommend buying a good jock strap of better quality.
